Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Open Sessions

At Open Sessions, we are committed to providing high-quality services and an exceptional experience for all of our members. Below is our refund policy, which applies to all membership plans.

1. No Refunds for Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded, regardless of usage or the date of cancellation within the billing cycle.

2. Cancellation of Membership

Members may cancel their monthly membership at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

For example:
 

If you cancel on the 15th of the month, your membership will remain active through the end of that month, and you will not be charged for the following month.

If you cancel after your monthly payment has been processed, no refund will be issued for the current month, but your membership will not auto-renew for the following month.

3. No Partial Refunds or Prorated Payments

We do not offer partial refunds or prorated charges for any unused portion of the current membership month. If you decide to cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to the Studio until the end of the current billing period, but no refund will be issued.

4. Account Suspension or Termination

In the event that a member violates the Studio's terms of service, conduct policies, or engages in behavior that is deemed inappropriate, Open Sessions reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership at its discretion, with no refund of any fees paid.

By becoming a member of Open Sessions, you acknowledge and accept our no-refund policy.

Cancellation Procedure

To cancel your membership, please send an email to info@opensessions.co with the subject line "Membership Cancellation" and include your full name and membership details in the message. Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month. Once your cancellation is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Open Sessions.
